Digital Design Engineer (m/w/d)

• Design, implementation and verification of complex digital designs targeting FPGA devices

• Integrate algorithms for digital signal processing (DSP)

• Close collaboration with our DSP and product teams

• Joint responsibility for the technical team goals: on quality, on time, performance, maintainability and scalability

• Enthusiasm for new technologies in the field of high-speed data and signal processing

• Proven work experience in the design of digital designs on FPGAs

• Expert knowledge in at least one hardware definition language (VHDL or Verilog)

• Very good knowledge of up-to-date FPGA technologies (Xilinx or others)

• Practical knowledge in the implementation of complex algorithms in digital signal processing (e.g. FEC decoders, digital filters, ...) would be a plus

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German would be an additional benefit
