Our current Teamlead is heading to new shores after 8 years of designing joblocal's technical landscape aswell as the team's extraordinary spirit. Are you ready to leave your footsteps aswell?


As major part of the joblocal Tech Team, you will be accountable for all engineering purposes. You will be responsible for empowering a software organization amongst software craftsmanship and delivering software products of excellent quality to fulfill our customers needs. Together with the team you work to achieve the most performant, durable and scalable system amongst the job board landscape.

GROW. Your day to day


  • You take care of your team’s development - on a functional and personal level (without the “corporate” stuff: holiday requests, financial tasks or recruiting decisions are the team’s responsibility)
  • You guide the team in the matters of great software development
  • You accompany the SCRUM process and rituals in close collaboration with the SCRUM Master
  • You guide and challenge the team towards a reliable code and infrastructure
  • You will work closely with product management and other development teams
  • You ensure the sprint results regarding commitment and business value including quality aspects
  • You are the go-to-guy when it comes to technical evaluation and feasibility planning
