Implementation of a visualization framework for three-dimensional data in Python
The task lies in the implementation of a visualization framework for three-dimensional data in Python. This data is extracted from indoor climate simulations and is based on a three-dimensional grid. The student’s task is the processing of this data with the goal to generate a three-dimensional representation of the simulation results along a time-scale. In a first step, this visualization is to be implemented for scalar data. A possible extension poses the addition of vector data to the framework. Third-Party Software, such as Mayavi or Paraview, are to be avoided for the realization of the framework.
